New Year 2015 was spent in Lucerne – and we were lucky enough to secure a New Year Eve booking at Restaurant Wiederkehr – one of the top raked restaurants in the area. The food was divine (all 7 courses!) and the service wonderful. The lobster bisque that included a mini lobster made of bread (bottom left) deserves a special mention. A fabulous New Years Eve
Our summer trip to Norway this July (2015) gave us the chance to sample yet more delicious food from Scandinavia (having been to Copenhagen and Stockholm previously). We ate well every day on our trip – enjoying fresh seafood and fine dining.
